GENOCIDE CUTTAH!
Mid-fight

Heheheh...this has certainly been fun, hasn't it? Now I will battle you with my true strength! | Ha ha...you've entertained me quite well... Now I shall fight you full strength! |
This is entirely down to how the official translator and I decided to phrase things differently. What's nice is that even still, they didn't need to add screens or anything. Two screens in Japanese, two in English. Well, it's a pretty short and generic line, but it's still nice.

America | Thanks to you, I now have such wonderfully trained bodies to display! | You'll be my best collection. |
Brazil | Go live happily with your family in the afterlife! Hahaha! | Your family awaits you! |
China | You should understand now: justice never prospers! | Justice has never prospered! |
England | You'll be the stars of my collection! | You'll be the best statues! |
Italy | You defeated Geese and Krauser? Don't make me laugh! | Was that all of your power? |
Japan | I'll display you and your father together! | I'll exhibit you and your dad! |
Korea | You'll make an amusing set in my collection! Hahaha! | I found a good addition. |
Mexico | Don't worry, I'll carry on kyokugen. Now you can die peacefully! | Leave kyokugen-ryu to me. Die! |
Some interesting lines here. Let's check them out.
The America line obscures the connection to what Rugal was talking about in his pre-fight conversation: That he wants the American Team because they're so big and strong. "[M]y best collection" drops the specificity and becomes a lot more generic, as well as being slightly confusing. I suppose the idea is that as a team they'll be a set in his greater collection, but it could be phrased a bit better.
The England line forgets that Rugal was going to have them stuffed instead.
The Italy line is so cut down as to be unrecognizable. In Japanese it's another reiteration of what the Fatal Fury boys are famous for, in English it's just incredibly generic. Character limits strike again.
The Korea line suffers a similar fate. The joke in Japanese is that they'd be an incredibly mismatched set, but this is reduced in English to where it's just generic. I suppose the idea the translator was working with was [funny/interesting] => [good], with the advantage that the latter is far fewer characters, but the end result is rather dull.
The Mexico line is really interesting to me, because it brings up the cut idea that Rugal was able to copy any technique after seeing it. Thus, he'd be able to carry on kyokugen karate after the practitioners were dead. This even got in the English line, though it was probably more confusing for arcade-goers at the time. Still, it's a neat little reference to that old idea.
