Wendy had a sister: a super-brainy genius who was researching psychic powers. That sister left home a year ago in order to do research in a foreign country, but recently...all her letters have stopped. Wendy didn't feel anything had happened, so she decided to leave and find her sister all on her own.

On that day, Wendy heard Keith's telepathic broadcast. Remembering that both she and her sister had mysterious psychic powers, Wendy figured that maybe, her sister had also heard the telepathic message. And so she rushed off to find out where the message had come from.

episode 1

Wendy, pursued by the magician Genma, desperately tried to shake him. But no matter how hard she tried, he hung on.

"No choice, huh..." Making up her mind, Wendy stopped and immediately put up a kekkai*. Genma took his stance as the pair faced each other inside the kekkai.

Genma: Your power threatens the peace of the human world! You must not use it!

Wendy: What are you talking about? Leave me alone!

 

Wendy dissolved the kekkai and flew off again. Genma's body lying on the ground quickly receded into the distance.

Wendy: For right now...I need this power.

episode 2

The anti-psychiccer cyborg, Gates, registered Wendy on his sensors.

Gates: Psychiccer located! ...this is part of my mission. Time to die.

Then and there Gates accelerated, preparing to attack Wendy from behind. Gathering his strength, he put all his massive weight into one giant punch. But right as he thought he was about to hit his target, Wendy disappeared.

Gates: ...!

Wendy's voice came from behind Gates.

Wendy: I'm fast as a gale! But your attacks are like you're standing still!

 

Smoke trails from the missiles Gates fired stretched across the sky. They would be blown away by the wind before long.

Wendy: It doesn't matter what kind of weapons you have, they're useless if they can't hit the target.

episode 3

On her journey, Wendy saw a bright light. She knew what that light meant: Emilio. Drawing closer, she could see she was correct. It was the same Emilio who had escaped NOA with her.

Wendy: Emilio, what are you doing here?

Emilio: How about we go back to NOA, okay, sis?

Wendy quietly backed away from Emilio.

Wendy: Nice try, Mr. Fake. But that kid always calls me "Wendy".

Wendy created a kekkai that quickly encircled both of them.

Emilio: Tch...! But I copied his power perfectly. Do you really think you can beat me?

 

While looking down at the face of the Emilio lying on the ground, someone else's face rose in Wendy's mind. The face of another, entirely different Emilio.

Wendy: If that kid had your level of power...he'd be living happily right now....

episode 4

Bard stood in front of Wendy in the darkness, blocking her way. His eyes were the eyes of a hunter who found his prey - full of joy. THe unpleasant sound of his nails clicking together echoed throughout the darkness around them.

Brad: Now then~, how shall I kill you? Slice you to ribbons...? Or crush you to death...?

Wind began to blow around Wendy.

Wendy: ...you're not thinking straight. How about I cool your head off a little?

 

Wendy peered down at Brad, slumped against the building.*

Wendy: Was my treatment a little too rough?

episode 5

Sonia stood stock-still in Wendy's path. Underneath her blue hair waving in the wind, her eyes stared unceasingly at Wendy.

Wendy hesitated to attack, even though she could tell her opponent was most likely a member of NOA. Something in the depths of those eyes sparked a memory within her.

But a kekkai surrounded them both, shattering that memory to pieces.

Sonia: You must follow Sir Keith! Or else I will eliminate you!

At those words, Wendy came to her senses.

Wendy: You say you're fighting for psychiccers while spouting that kind of nonsense? You're wrong!

 

Wendy thought back on the fight she had just been through.

"Who was that person...?"

A single strand of Sonia's blue hair had brushed Wendy's cheek back then.

Wendy: At the very end, she called my name.... Why?

episode 6

Wendy was on her way to NOA when Burn appeared in front of her.

Burn: Wendy...? No way...

Burn knew what Wendy was up to as soon as he saw her, but there was no way he could let her go all the way to NOA.

Burn: You can't win against Keith, Wendy, he's too strong! I won't let you do this, even if I have to stop you by force.

Wendy: No! I have to save my sister....don't try and stop me!

Wendy's power began to rise. Burn saw Wendy's stubborn determination and sadly got ready to fight.

 

After the fight and Burn fell, Wendy crouched at his side and cried.

Wendy: I'm sorry...but...I have to save my sister, no matter what...

episode 7

At last, Wendy stood before Keith in the deepest halls of NOA.

Wendy: Keith! Tell me...tell me where my sister is!

Keith looked away, quiet.

Keith: There are things it's better not to know... But if you absolutely must find out, then you'll have to defeat me first.

Wendy: I'll hold you to that!

A whirlwind began to howl around Wendy.

 

Keith crouched on the ground. He no longer had the strength to stand, and was struggling to even breathe. Wendy quietly approached him.

Keith: I never expected you to summon this much power... So...you truly wish to know about your sister?

Wendy: Please, let me see her!

Keith looked down at the floor. But steeling his resolve, he once more raised his eyes to meet Wendy's.

Keith: You already have met her...Sonia!

Wendy: Sonia...? That's impossible!

Keith: It's true. Thanks to Wong, your sister was reborn as the combat bioroid, Sonia....

Wendy: No....nooooooooooooooooooo! Chriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis!

episode 8

Wendy was no longer capable of being calm or controlling her power. She had completely given herself over to grief.

And then Wong appeared in front of her with a sarcastic smile on his face.

Wong: Heheh...well? How does it feel, to have killed your sister with your own hands?

On hearing those words, Wendy transformed her grief into rage.

Wendy: Wong!! My sister....give me my sister back!!

The furious whirlwind raises the curtain on the final battle....
